Vegas Baby Vegas!

Labor Day Weekend.

As some of you may know I surprised Ryan for his Birthday with a trip to Vegas with Bob and Jim. He was very happy and excited. I'm such a great Wife! =) Friday morning I was on Myspace and emailing Heather a message and telling her that Ryan is going to Vegas that day and I stopped. I was like wait... Heather lives in Vegas and I haven't seen her for a couple years. I called Ryan to see what he thought about the kids and I joining them on there drive up to Vegas. We would stay at Heather's while the guy's did the Vegas thing. He was cool with it so I called Heather and invited ourselves over for the weekend. She was very happy and excited. This would be the first time she would meet Gillian. I got off the phone and ran around the house like crazy packing and getting everything ready for the four of us to go to Vegas. I went from packing only Ryan to all of us. It was crazy. I took Jack to school at 12:15 Gillian and I ran to Wal-Mart to pick up snacks and goodies for the car ride, came home and finished loading the car and packing. Ryan got home and then we picked Jack up from school. We headed to Bob's apartment and picked Bob and one of Bob's friends up, and off we went. The kids did awesome! I packed several DVD's for them to watch and that was a life saver!!!! Plus LOTS and LOTS of snacks! We got to Heather's around 9pm. Ryan got us all unloaded and they headed to the strip. They stayed in the New York New York. (Where Ryan and I stayed for our Honeymoon) We got to bed around 11:30pm or so. The next morning we got up ran some errands with Heather, Sarah and Aaron. We went to the Mall that was fun. We went into Clare's and Gillian flipped out. She is my Girly Girl She loved looking at all the jewelry and purses!!!! The met Ryan at Mandalay Bay went back to Heather's for Aarons b-day party. Sunday we went to the Luxor for Breakfast and then headed home. This was a great trip and really didn't cost us much at all. We stayed with Heather which was awesome and Ryan's Hotel was paid for by the Hotel. Jim's a bit of a gambler and gets his hotels and some food paid for pretty much every time he goes!

Ryan and I went here on our Honeymoon and had wanted to take the kids here ever since! SO yeah we finally did it! =)When the kids touch this wall it would move like the water. They thought it was awesome!!

This Shark swam right above us!!!! There is a tunnel in the Aquarium that you are surrounded by the aquarium. Its a glass tunnel through the you even walk over the glass to "walk" over the sharks! Which I knew I wouldn't but I saw his trailer! =)
